Cromer is one of the citizens of Prisma who captured Frank Lincoln, Troy Tempest, and Phones when they attempted to figure out why the Arago Rock Lighthouse was still operating.
Biography[]
Cromer is a citizen of the city of Prisma, and for over a hundred years, depended on the Arago Rock Lighthouse in order to provide power to their city. However, when the lighthouse was decommissioned, he and his companion Lorif reactivated the lighthouse, and took desperate measures against anyone who tried to turn it off.
This included kidnapping the former lighthouse keeper Frank Lincoln as well as the Stingray crew Troy Tempest and George Phones Sheridan. After explaining the situation, they were able to come to an agreement with the WASP to provide an alternate power source to their city and leave the lighthouse off.
